How to Register
1 · Submit Your Paper
Prepare your abstract or full text using the template and send it through the submission form.
2 · Receive Your Acceptance Letter
The result is sent within 5 working days. If accepted, a signed acceptance letter and payment details are e-mailed to you.
3 · Pay the Fee
Pay the fee matching your mode of attendance. Once payment is received your paper is added to the programme.
When making your payment
If the person making the payment is not the participant, the reference field must contain only the participant’s name. No other note is required.
Bank details are sent together with the acceptance letter.
What the Fee Includes
- Acceptance and invitation letters (PDF)
- Online or in-person attendance and presentation
- Lunch on the first day (in-person attendees)
- Certificate of participation (PDF)
- Refreshment breaks (in-person attendees)
- City tour on the final day (in-person attendees)
- Publication in the ISBN proceedings book
Participation Rules
- The quota for Türkiye is capped at 49%; once reached, submissions from Türkiye close.
- One person may take part with at most two papers.
- A paper may have at most three authors.
- Presentations run 8–12 minutes on average.
- Those who do not present receive no certificate, their texts are not included in the book and no refund is given.
- Accommodation is not included in the fee.
