Paper Submission

You may take part with an abstract or a full text. Review takes at most 5 working days.

Before You Submit

1 · Download the Template

Prepare your paper according to the conference template and the APA 7 system.

2 · Check the Rules

Abstracts 100–200 words, full texts 1,000–9,000 words. At most three authors per text.

3 · Choose Your Topic

Pick the subject area that fits your work from the 30 areas under the social and educational sciences.

Submit Your Paper

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes of submitting. If it is not in your inbox, check your SPAM / Junk folder, add usbedconference@gmail.com to your contacts and mark the message as “Not spam”. Otherwise your acceptance letter and the programme announcement may not reach you either.

Paper Details

The title should be shorter than 12 words and written as a sentence. (Only the first letter of the title and the first letter of any proper nouns should be capitalised; all other letters should be lowercase.)

Corresponding Author

All correspondence is conducted with this person.

Other Authors

A single text may have at most three authors. Leave blank for a single-author paper. All the information requested for the corresponding author must also be provided for co-authors.

Review

Papers go through blind peer review. The result is e-mailed to you within at most 5 working days.

Acceptance Letter

For accepted papers, a separate signed acceptance letter and payment details are sent to each author.

Added to the Programme

Once the registration fee is paid, your paper is added to the conference programme.

Please remember: presenting the paper at the conference is compulsory. Participants who do not present receive no certificate of attendance, their texts are not published in the conference book and no refund is given.
